Attention
Care begins with looking closely—at the person, the body, the story, and the conditions around them.
About
Gulnara Karimova is a physician by training, a licensed Registered Nurse, and a facilitator whose work bridges medical knowledge, embodied practice, natural medicine, and compassionate presence.

Warm natural materials. Soft directional daylight. Candid rather than corporate.
Philosophy
Gulnara’s path has moved through conventional medicine, pediatric care, nursing, natural medicine, and end-of-life work. Rather than seeing these as separate disciplines, her practice is shaped by what they share: careful attention, relationship, respect for the body, and the understanding that care must meet the whole person.
Her medical background informs the way she listens, observes, and approaches care, while her later training has expanded that perspective toward embodiment, meaning, integration, and the deeper dimensions of human experience.
Medicine informed by knowledge. Care grounded in presence.
Medical background
Gulnara is a Doctor of Medicine. That education remains part of how she thinks: with respect for the body, for complexity, and for the limits of any one framework.
It is not presented here as a claim of current physician practice in Colorado. Her medical degree and prior pediatric work abroad do not, on their own, constitute U.S. physician licensure.
Pediatric work
Before her work in the United States, Gulnara trained and practiced as a pediatrician in Uzbekistan.
That early clinical life—close to children, families, and the ordinary gravity of care—still shapes her patience and her sense of what people need when they are vulnerable.

Quiet human presence. Natural skin, unretouched editorial feel.
Nursing
Nursing brought Gulnara into another register of care: proximity, duration, and the unglamorous intelligence of attending to a person over time. It remains a living license and a living ethic—not a lesser version of medicine, and not a substitute for physician practice.
Natural medicine
Gulnara holds a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies. The certificate is educational. It is not, by itself, a Colorado natural medicine facilitator license.
In public, the practice speaks of natural medicine, preparation, guided experience, and integration—work that asks for screening, relationship, and a clear conversation about fit.
End-of-life
As a certified end-of-life doula, Gulnara offers non-medical support for individuals and families meeting mortality. Presence, conversation, meaning, and practical accompaniment sit alongside—never in place of—hospice, nursing, and physician care.

Presence
Gulnara’s approach to facilitation is not theatrical. It is closer to good clinical listening than to performance: track what is happening, stay with the person, do not hurry meaning, and do not abandon the body.
Care begins with looking closely—at the person, the body, the story, and the conditions around them.
Meaningful change happens in relationship, not through a technique applied at a distance.
The quality of accompaniment matters. Presence is part of the medicine.
The work does not promise outcomes. It asks for a clear conversation about fit, readiness, and limits.
Medical knowledge, embodied practice, and contemplative attention belong together when they serve the person in front of us.
Transformation is not something to force. The work is to create conditions where something meaningful can be encountered, understood, and integrated.
