Breathwork

Breath as a way of arriving.

Breathwork at Medicine of Being is a supported practice of attention. It is not a performance, and it is not offered as a medical treatment or a guaranteed emotional release.

A room for breath and attention

Embodied awareness

A chance to notice sensation, pacing, and the intelligence of the body without needing to explain it away.

Attention

The breath becomes a place to rest attention—and a way to meet what attention reveals.

Presence

Practice is held so that you are not alone with intensity, and not hurried toward a conclusion.

Self-inquiry

Questions can surface. They are met with curiosity rather than interpretation as diagnosis.

Supported practice

Gulnara’s role is to hold the room, the pacing, and the landing—not to force an experience.

Individual and group

The work can be private or shared in a small group, depending on what is appropriate and available.

Breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating. It is not appropriate for everyone. A conversation is the place to consider fit. No health outcomes are promised.

You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going to begin.

A discovery call is simply a place to start the conversation.
